7. Hi Toki,

   I've got a 2010 model and my bluecoat was ii pieces of hardware, plastic chrome over black round base.

   The base of operations but has a round cut out of double sided tape, I as well sprayed the base with vinegar a couple of times to help to loosen the tape and make it easier to remove.

   As for the pricing, contact you local stealer every bit I bought mine off ebay in 2010 and it was effectually $100 shipping included, should be cheaper now.
